This modern apartment, which is decorated and furnished to a high standard, offers you 3 room accommodation (50m2) with 2 separate bedrooms, each with en suite shower room and flat screen TV. In one bedroom there is a pull out double sofa bed (offering you a very good nights sleep), so that if the apartment is occupied by only 2 people, this room can be used as a living room.

A fully fitted and equipped kitchen: complete with fridge, including freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric cooker with hob and oven, adequate cooking pots and crockery, a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, t- towels, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid is combined with a cosy dining area for 4 - 6 people. 

The separate toilet for the apartment is centrally located for both bedrooms and is accessible via the kitchen/diner.
